ROASreel ("we") is operated by MeruTech. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Account data: email address, name (if provided via Google sign-in).
Usage data: prompts, generated video metadata, generation counts. We do NOT store your Meta/TikTok ad account credentials — we use OAuth tokens that you can revoke anytime.
Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle. We never see your card number.
To provide the service (generate video ads), improve quality, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Generated videos are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Free-tier videos are retained for 30 days. Paid-tier videos are retained for the duration of your subscription. You can delete your videos anytime from the dashboard.
We use: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, storage), Neon (database), Resend (email), Anthropic Claude (AI text), Kling/Runway (AI video), ElevenLabs (voiceover), Deepgram (transcription), Creatomate (video composition).
You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@roasreel.com. We respond within 7 days.
We use a session cookie for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies.
